Finding ME

Ask me anything   Submit   About Me    My Goals

I've battled being "overweight" (mostly in my mind) and have gone to some extremes in my mind regarding weight loss so that I can get to this perfect number. Then I had this epiphany that it didn't matter what the scale said as long as I am happy and healthy. So in order to jump start this new lifestyle, I decided to run a half marathon. And this will catalogue my story... Leh'go.

Even though my goal is not to lose weight with running the half, I still want to lose weight.

SW: 185 pds. *I recently lost about 10 pds after seeing my graduation photos"
GW: 145 pds. *My mini goal weight is 160 and I will adjust that GW accordingly because I'm not sure how healthy 145 pds will look on my frame.

Goal for Half Marathon: under 2.5 hours (which puts me around an 11 min or so mile)
